Donatie apparatuur van Yielder
Via onze partner Yielder konden we een grote partij nog goedwerkende apparatuur ophalen. Apparatuur van diverse grote organisaties die door een mooie samenwerking en in goed overleg gedoneerd is aan Recycleforlife. Wij geven het een 2e kans en de opbrengst komt ten goede aan de levensveranderende en levensreddende doelen die we steunen. Heel hartelijk dank!
Voedselpakketten
Door CRR konden 5200 voedselpakketten worden aangeschaft waar we vanuit de opbrengsten van de verkoop van apparatuur een bijdrage aan hebben geleverd. Deze pakketten zijn allemaal naar Oekraïne en Griekenland gebracht waar ze zijn uitgedeeld aan mensen voor wie eenvoudig boodschappen doen geen optie (meer) is en die zonder inkomsten moeten zien te overleven.
Donatie lunchroom Victory4all
Tijdens het afgelopen "dreamevent" konden we een cheque overhandigen. Het geld zal gebruikt worden voor de inrichting van de lunchroom bij het Skills Centre in Humansdorp (Zuid-Afrika). In en rond dit Skills Centre worden jongeren met een afstand tot de arbeidsmarkt geholpen om sociale en praktische vaardigheden te leren. Binnenkort kunnen ze dus in deze lunchroom koffie, thee (met zelfgebakken stroopwafels uit de eigen stroopwafelbakkerij!) of maaltijden serveren aan mensen uit de omgeving.
